At Kidz Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with Pakistani consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is not on the non-returnable list (see section 3)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@kidzcloset.store within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to approve your return request
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to our address in Johar Town, Lahore (address will be provided)

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Inspection will be completed within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items)

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process and mention your preferred replacement in your email. Exchanges are processed free of charge if the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at info@kidzcloset.store
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by Kidz Closet

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all return shipping costs.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy.

11. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • The item shows signs of use or wear
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • The item is returned after the 7-day return window
